I handle thick accents, multiple speakers, poor audio quality, and technical language.When inquiring about transcription, send a sample template, the audio, and a preference sheet (if you have one)
via email as an attachment or attach as Dropbox link or with any other file-sharing method you prefer.Turnaround times include weekends and are based on my client's time zone. I track my clients' time zones so there is no confusion. Turnaround time is guaranteed from the moment you send the audio file.
